Highly esteemed Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Dr. Regina Rae Whitfield Kekessi, MD,MPH is a Board-certified physician, National Speaker, Author and Women’s Health Expert. Her kind, non-judgmental spirit coupled with her honest and firm approach while delivering high quality obstetrical and gynecological care makes her a highly sought after physician in the Region. She also specializes in minimally invasive procedures including Da Vinci laparoscopy and operative hysteroscopy in the management of women of all ages.

Having traveled the world as a member of a military family, Dr. Regina received her Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans, LA and her Master of Public Health degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL and completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH.

Dr. Regina has over 20 years experience in the medical field and more than 16 years in clinical practice as an expert in the field of women’s health. She has published in numerous medical journals and has been featured on television, radio and other forms of social media. In 2017 and 2018, she received the Vitals Patients’ Choice award -a recognition which reflects the impact a physician has made in the lives of his or her patients as voted by the patients. In 2019 and again in 2021, she was voted as one of Cincinnati Magazine’s Top Doctors. When Dr. Whitfield Kekessi is not busy with her dynamic medical practice, she enjoys spending time and traveling the world with her family.
